decree holder.
Ld. Counsel for decree holder submits that he seeks to
withdraw the present execution, as the current whereabouts of the JD
are not known. He seeks liberty to file fresh execution as and when
whereabouts of JD/his assets are traced. Separate endorsement in this
regard is taken from Ld. Counsel for decree holder on the last order-
sheet.
Accordingly, the present execution is allowed to be
withdrawn with liberty to file afresh in the manner prayed.
Let certified copy of the judgment/decree, if filed with
the present execution, be returned to the DH/his Counsel, on filing of
self attested copies of the same.
Let dasti of this order be given.
