holder wants to withdraw the present execution petition with
liberty to file afresh as and when fresh address of the judgment
debtor is traced out as per law. Separate statement is recorded.
In view of statement made by ld. Counsel for the
decree holder, present execution petition is dismissed as
withdrawn with liberty to file fresh execution petition strictly as
per law.
