Order Details: COPY OF ORDER Pdf Text: CS 146/26 SONA CHOUDHARY AND ORS Vs. MANOJ CHOUDHARY AND ORS 25.04.2026 Fresh Civil Suit received by way of assignment. It be checked and registered. Present: Mr. Kamal Mehta, Mr. Hem Chand and Mr. Pranjal Kaushik, Ld. Counsel for plaintiff. Heard. Perused. I am told that the property sought to be partitioned in this case is the property of one Jai Prakash Chaudhary and the parties before this Court are legal heirs of Mr. Jai Prakash Chaudhary (since deceased). I am further told that another property of the same individual is also subject matter of partition in another suit bearing CS No. 104/26 before Ms. Gomati Manocha, Ld. DJ-02 (NE), KKD Courts, Delhi and the same is listed before the said Court on 07.05.2026. I am told that the said suit is also inter alia the same legal heirs who are parties before this Court. Thus, two different assets of the same person is sought to be partitioned by way of two suits. In order to avoid any conflicting opinion in future, it shall be in the interest of things that both the matters are decided by the same Court. Accordingly, let the present matter be placed before Ld. Pr. District & Sessions Judge, North-East, KKD Courts, Delhi for appropriate orders on 27.04.2026 at 2:00 PM.
