Hospital for examination of the petitioner and for issuance of disability
certificate to the petitioner after his complete physical examination.
Petitioner is accordingly, directed to appear before the Medical Board of
Jag Pravesh Chandra Hospital for assessment of disability with entire
medical treatment record on 04.05.2026.
Order in Form J be given dasti alongwith copy of this order.
The application stands allowed and disposed off.
