Present: Ms. Tanu, proxy for Sh. Gulshan Garg, Ld. Cousnel
for plaintiff.
Ld. Counsel for plaintiff has filed affidavit of
service through e-filing alongwith copies of speed post, courier
receipts and their tracking reports as well as printout regarding
forwarding the process through Whatsapp. Hard copies are also
filed. Be taken on record. Perusal of same shows that summons
were delivered to the addressee i.e. defendant through speed post
as well as courier on 24.05.2024.
Process server has also given his report that
summons were sent through Whatsapp to the defendant upon the
mobile numbers and double tick was received. Printouts of
process sent through Whatsapp are also annexed by the process
server with his report. Thus, it is observed that defendant has
been duly served.
Let written statement be filed within stipulated
period alongwith statement of truth and affidavit of admission-
denial of documents with advance copy to opposite party.
Thereafter, replication, if any, be filed by plaintiff within 10 days
with advance copy to opposite party.
Put up for appearance on 26.07.2024.
