The arguments have been heard on the present appeal.
The Ld. Counsel for the respondent has sought one
opportunity to place on record any case law in support of his case.
Heard. Allowed.
Parties are at liberty to file written submissions, if any, and
also the case law in support of their arguments, if any, within 3 days
from today.
There is an application seeking release of the demand draft
of the 20% fine amount, filed by the appellant. It is prayed on behalf of
the respondent that the said demand draft may be released in favour of
the respondent.
Since, the final arguments have already been heard, no
ground is made out for releasing the said demand draft. Let, the demand
draft stay in the judicial file till the final disposal of the present appeal.
Now to come up for pronouncement of judgment on
08.08.2024 at 02.00 PM.
