Fresh Vakalatnama on behalf of defendants no. 1 & 3
filed. Same is taken on record. Ld. Counsel to file the written
statement within the prescribed time period.
It is submitted by Ld. Counsel for defendants no. 1 & 3
that he is now not in the possession of the suit property and he has
already sold the suit property to defendant no. 2. Further, he submits
that some of the documents are not legible. Ld. Counsel for plaintiff
undertakes to supply the legible copies of documents to be specifically
requested by the Ld. Counsel for defendants no. 1 and 3 within course
of two days.
Put up for further proceedings on 31.07.2024. As, all the
parties are now served they be accordingly directed to maintain the
status quo till the next date of hearing to not becoming the suit
infractuous.
