Rajan in favour of the father of the plaintiffs has been
moved on behalf of the plaintiff. Copy supplied.
Heard. The application at hand is hereby allowed
subject to cost of Rs. 1,000/- to be paid by the
plaintiffs on the next date of hearing. Let the
agreement deed dated 30.07.1990 be taken on record,
on payment of cost.
