In this application, appellants seek permission of this
Court to place on record certain additional documents/evidence/oral
evidence or any other evidence which are necessary for the just and
proper adjudication of the present appeal.
Appellants do not specify in their application as to what
other additional evidence they wish to lead in this appeal. The tenor of
the application shows that the appellants are aggrieved by dismissal of

their applications before the Trial Court. It is not clear from this
application as to what applications were dismissed by the Trial Court
which is now being set as a ground for leading additional evidence.
Despite specific query of this Court to clarify the additional evidence
which appellant wish to lead before this Court, no cogent answer was
offered. Suffice is to say that without appellants clarifying the
additional evidence which they wish to lead before the appellate court,
no permission on that count can be given. Thus, the application is
misconceived. It is dismissed.
