Sh. Sagar Bhardwaj, Counsel for both accused.
PW3 Balvir Singh Rawat and PW4 Dr. Kapil Solanki
are examined, cross examined and discharged.
During testimony of PW4 Dr. Kapil Solanki, it has been
revealed that opinion on the MLC of injured was given by Dr.
Manish Bummerkar and the radiology report was submitted by Dr.
Rakesh Vohra and both the doctors are still working in Sant
Parmanand Hospital. Dr. Manish Bummerkar and Dr. Rakesh Vohra
have not been cited as PWs in list of witnesses filed alongwith
charge-sheet. In my opinion, the testimony of PWs Dr. Manish
Bummerkar and Dr. Rakesh Vohra is essential for just adjudication
of case and to find out the truth. Let PWs Dr. Manish Bummerkar
and Dr. Rakesh Vohra be summoned as court witnesses alongwith
the original medical record of injured Chitra Singh for the next date
of hearing. Apart from these two doctors, PWs Ct. Sonu and
MHC(M) be also summoned for the next date of hearing. Witnesses
be summoned through IO/SHO accordingly.
Put up on 01.07.2025 for prosecution evidence.
