Both the accused are on bail with Sh. Sagar
Bhardwaj, Advocate.
Sh. R. P. Kaushik, Advocate for the complainant.
IO SI Mohan Lal is present.
PW-5 Dr. Rakesh Vohra and PW-6 Ct. Sonu
examined, cross-examined and discharged.
Counsel for the complainant will file his
vakalatnama today and stated that there is a need of examination
of certain more witnesses and in this regard he will consult with
the PP and will move an application because certain other eye
witnesses are there whose names are not mentioned in the list of
witnesses.
One another witness Dr. Manish from Sant
Parmanand Hospital is also served but Naib Court informed that
he is coming at 2.00 PM as per telephonic message received.
Counsel for accused persons stated that he is not able to wait till
2.00 PM as he has another case to attend at Tis Hazari at that
time. Keeping in view the difficulties of the counsel, I instructed
the Naib Court to inform the concerned doctor not to come as he
will be called another date.
PW mentioned at serial no. 4 and concerned

MHC(M) with register no. 19 and 21 be summoned for next date
of hearing as per request of the PP. Case property be resealed.
Put up on 20.01.2026 for PE.
