Perusal of petition shows that the petitioners have
challenged two Awards dated 22.01.2024 and 08.08.2024. Ld.
Counsel for petitioners submits that he wants to withdraw the
present petition with liberty to file fresh petition regarding each of
the Award. Separate statement of Ld. Counsel for petitioner is
recorded in this regard.
In view thereof, present petition stands dismissed as
withdrawn with liberty to file afresh as per law.
