Perusal of the claim petition of the claimant reveals
that though the claimants are stated to be resident of Delhi,
however, the incident in question took place at around 01:30 PM
on Banthla Flyover, Loni Ghaziabad, within the jurisdiction of
PS Loni, District Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh) on 12.02.2022.
However, affidavit on behalf of petitioner already
filed regarding DAR being not filed by the concerned IO at PS
Loni, District Ghaziabad, UP on 04.10.2024. Same is perused
and considered.
Considering the submission of Ld. Counsel for
petitioner, let notice be issued to all the respondents on filing of
