stated that he will file his vakalatnama on the next date.
Time requested for filing written statement on behalf of
the defendant. Defendant was served on 07.03.2025. Extension of
time requested on behalf of the defendant on the ground that
defendant could not contact the ld. counsel. Extension opposed.
In the interest of justice, last opportunity is granted to
the defendant to file written statement within 30 days subject to cost
of Rs.1,000/- On filing of WS with advance copy to plaintiff/ld.
counsel, put up for following steps:
i) For filing of replication/rejoinder by the plaintiff, if any, by
giving advance copy to the opposite party.
ii) Filing of documents, if any.
iii) Completion of pleadings, admission/denial of documents and
framing of issues.
iv) Parties to appear in person for admission/denial of documents
and their statements under Order X CPC, if so required.
