6. The hard copies of two judgments filed by respondent are taken on
record. The other prayers sought in the application
inter alia for
directing the appellant to file opening sheet or recalling the cost are
declined in view of order dated 13.05.2026. The said order is itself
explanatory and the present application is nothing but an attempt to
delay the proceedings in the case by over-burdening the court with one
application after the other. Application stands disposed off.

7. Vide separate judgment passed today, the present appeal is allowed.
The reliefs stated in the judgment are granted to the plaintiff/appellant.
8. Let a decree sheet be prepared accordingly.
