and registered as per rules.
Present: Sh. Krishna Roy and Sh. Satyapal, Counsels for the
plaintiff.
Heard.
Issue summons of the suit for settlement of issues
and notice of application under Order XXXIX Rule 1 & 2 CPC
on filing of PF and RC and by all other legally permissible
modes on taking steps to the defendants. Process be given dasti.
Put up for following steps:
1) Service of summons upon the defendants and appearance
of parties.
2) Filing of written statement and reply to application under
Order XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 CPC within 30 days from the date of
service of summons by the defendants after giving advance copy
to the plaintiff/learned counsel.
3) For filing of replication/rejoinder by the plaintiff, if any, at
least 3 days prior to the next date of hearing by giving advance
copy to the opposite parties.
4) Arguments on application under Order XXXIX Rule 1 and
2 CPC.
5) Parties to appear in person to explore possibility of
settlement.
