Sh. Mahesh Chand, Counsel for both defendants.
Affidavit of admission-denial of documents on behalf of
defendants has been received. Same be taken on record. Ld. Counsel
for the defendants submits that soft copy has already been sent to the
counsel for plaintiff.
Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff has filed affidavit of
admission-denial of documents of defendants on behalf of plaintiff
and an application under Order 12 Rule 6 r/w 151 r/w Order 8 Rule 3
& 5 CPC along with supporting affidavit. Copy supplied.
Adjournment sought by Ld. Counsel for the defendants
on the ground that he has to immediately leave to attend cremation of
some known person. He also seeks another opportunity for filing
reply to application under Order 7 Rule 14 CPC. Adjournment not
opposed.
Reply to application under Order 12 Rule 6 CPC and
Order 7 Rule 14 CPC be filed within fifteen days after supplying
advance copy to the plaintiff through counsel.
Put up for arguments on the pending applications i.e.
application under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC on behalf of the defendant and
applications under Order 7 Rule 14 CPC & Order 12 Rule 6 CPC on
behalf of the plaintiff as well as admission-denial of documents and
settlement of issues on 17.11.2025.
