Present: Sh. Satyapal, Counsel for the plaintiff.
Sh. Mahesh Chand, Counsel for both defendants.
Ld. Counsel for plaintiff submits that previous cost
of Rs.3,000/- has not been paid so far by the defendant. Ld.
Counsel for he defendant has assured to transfer the cost in the
account of the plaintiff today itself. The counsel for plaintiff has
also furnished his account number to the counsel for defendant.
Ld. counsel for the plaintiff submits that he has
already filed replication and reply to application under order 7
Rule 11 CPC, an applcation under Order 7 Rule 14 CPC and list
of documents and soft copy has already been sent to counsel for
the defendant.
Ld. Counsel for defendant submits that soft copy has
been supplied today itself in the morning. Hard copy supplied.
Ld. counsel for defendant seeks sometime to file
reply to application under order 7 Rule 14 r/w Section 151 CPC.
Affidavits of admission-denial of documents have
not been filed by both the parties.
Ld. Counsel for defendant submits that affidavit of
admissiion-denial of documents on behalf of defendant has
already been e-filed and hard copy shall be filed today itself.

Ld. Counsel for plaintiff has assured to file affidavit
of admission-denial of documents within 7 days. The same be
filed after supplying advance copy to the defendant through
counsel
Put up for arguments on application under Order 7
Rule 11 CPC, application under Order 7 Rule 14 CPC &
admission-denial of the documents on 24.09.2025.
