Ld. Counsel for defendants stated that copy of page
no.12 and 13 of the plaint is missing in the copy. Copies of these
pages supplied.
It is submitted by ld. Counsel for defendants that as
per instructions, the suit property has already been sold by the
defendants. Original documents be filed alongwith the written
statement and details of the purchaser of property be disclosed
with his address and other details.
Put up for following steps:
1) For filing of written statement, reply to application under
Order XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 CPC and documents by the
defendant within 30 days. Advance copy be given.
2) For filing of replication/rejoinder if any, and the
documents, if any, by the plaintiff at least 7 days prior to the next
date. Advance copy be given.
3) Arguments on application under Oder XXXIX Rule 1 and
2 CPC.

4) For admission and denial of documents and statement of
parties under Order X CPC, if so required.
5) Parties to appear in person to explore the possibility of
