Harish Kumar, MTS from the Office of Sub-Registrar, Seelampur, Delhi is present and has filed a report stating that no property in the digitized record maintained by the department could be located in the name of the JD. He is accordingly discharged and the report is taken on record. In view of the said report, Ld. Counsel for the DH has pressed his application filed under Order 21 Rule 37 CPC for issuing warrant of arrest against the JD. The decree of possession has already been satisfied and only the money decree is pending. As per the previous report, no movable or immovable property could be located by the DH in the name of the JD and she herself is not appearing in the court despite notice. Hence, warrant of arrest be issued against the JD with the aid of SHO concerned on filing of PF and upon deposit of subsistence allowance for one week, for 03.10.2026. Application disposed of. Ld.
