Notice of the present petition has been served upon the
general public through publication in the newspaper “Veer Arjun” and
“The Statesman”. Let objection, if any, be awaited for NDOH.
Affidavit of compliance in terms of previous order not
filed by the petitioner.
Ld. Counsel for R3 submits that he will file
vakalatnama on NDOH. He further submits that he has not received
the copy of the petition.
Petitioner is directed to supply the copy of the petition
to Ld. Counsel for R3 within a week. Thereafter, reply/objections, if
any be filed by R3 before NDOH with advance copy to opposite side.
None for R2/ Axis Bank despite service. Issue show
cause notice to Manager concerned of Axis Bank as to why report
not filed despite service, for NDOH.
Process sent to SDM concerned not received back.
Issue fresh notice to SDM concerned in terms of previous order.
To come up on 16.03.2023.
