At request of the ld. counsel for defendant no.1 to 3,
let the soft copy of the photographs at page no.20 to 22 of the
documents of the plaintiff be supplied to the defendants by the
plaintiff within 02 weeks from today.
At request, let replication be filed within 02 weeks
with advance copy to the other side.
Let affidavit of admission/denial of documents be
filed by the parties before the NDOH with advance copy of the
same to the other side. In case affidavit of admission/denial of
documents are not filed before the NDOH, parties are directed to
remain present physically on the NDOH, failing which, the suit
shall be dismissed/defence shall be struck off.
Let WS alongwith status report, if any, be filed by
the defendant no.4 by the NDOH with advance copy to the other
side.
Put up for admission/denial of documents and
framing of issues on 04.08.2025.
