Fresh petition u/s 27 of the DRC Act is received by way of
assignment. Let it be checked and registered.
Present: Sh. R. K. Sharma, Ld. Counsel for petitioner.
Heard. File perused.
By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks to deposit
rent for the period August 2026 to Septemebr 2026 @ Rs. 475/- per month.
The rent mentioned in petition be deposited alongwith
interest @ 15 % for the delayed period, if any, within a week.
Thereafter, issue notice of the petition to the respondent(s)
on filing of PF/RC alongwith copy of application and supporting
documents and treasury challan of rent to be deposited, within 07 working
days returnable for 25.11.2026.
Nazir is directed to issue process immediately thereafter and
an endorsement be made on the notice that the respondent may file
objections, if any, within 30 days from the receipt of notice.
