None for defendant. None for applicant Durga. Perusal of record shows that on 22.02.2025, summons issued to the defendant were received back served to the defendant through her sister on 23.01.2025. As per reader report, no WS has been filed by the defendant till date despite grant of multiple opportunities. Further, none is appearing on behalf of defendant as well for the past several dates. Accordingly, as the stipulated period already stands expired, therefore, defence of the defendant is hereby struck off and for repeated non-appearance, defendant is hereby proceeded against ex parte. With respect to applicant Durga, it is stated by the counsel for plaintiff that the copy of application under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC and application for restoration of water supply has not been supplied till despite directions on 27.05.2025. Hence, last opportunity is given to the applicant to supply the applications, failing which the said applications shall be dismissed for non-prosecution. On the receipt of applications, reply, if any, be filed within 02 weeks from the date of supply of the application. List for arguments on both the applications on 23.03.2026. Sh.
