This is an application under Section 151 CPC filed
by Defendant No. 1 for certain directions in the suit disposed of
by dated 19.08.2025.
Issue notice to the non-applicants through all
permissible modes including dasti on applicant taking steps
within two days, returnable on next date of hearing.
Notice is accepted by the non-applicants appearing
today, who state that a memo of appearance/vakalatnama shall be
filed in due course.
It is stated by the parties that there is possibility of
settlement between them and request that matter may be referred
in the Mediation Centre, PHC, NDD.
At the joint request of parties, matter is referred to
Mediation Center, Patiala House Court.
Matter be listed before Mediation Centre, Patiala
House Court on 13.08.2026 at 02:00 PM.
Complainant/plaintiff is directed to supply copy of
