filed on behalf of defendants. WS has also been filed on behalf of
defendants to the amended plaint.
Arguments heard on application under O. 6 R. 17 CPC. The
only amendment that is sought to be made by way of the application
under O. 6 R. 17 CPC is to incorporate the correct description of the
property in the plaint and site plan. Ld. Counsel for the defendants has
no objection if the same is allowed. Heard. Application under O. 6 R. 17
CPC is allowed. Amended plaint along with site plan is taken on record.
WS to amended plaint is taken on record. Copy supplied.
Replication, if any, be filed by the NDOH with advance
copy of the same to the other side. Affidavit of admission/denial of
documents be also filed by both the sides before the NDOH with
advance copy of the same to each other.
