Ld. Counsel for plaintiffs submit that plaintiffs have
annexed certain documents along with the replication, however
affidavits regarding admission and denial of those documents have not
been filed by the defendants till date.
Defendants are directed to file their affidavits with
respect to admission & denial pertaining to those documents by the
next date of hearing.
An application under Order 7 Rule 14 (3) CPC moved
on behalf of plaintiff. Copy supplied to the Ld. Counsel for defendant
No. 4. A separate copy for defendant No. 1 has been filed on record
and the same has been released to Ld. Counsel for defendant No. 1 on
his appearance physically in the Court.
Put up for reply and arguments on the pending
application/P.E. on 12.02.2026. Meanwhile, issue Court notice to
defendants No. 1, 2 and 3 for the NDOH.
