Submissions heard. File perused.
Ld. Counsel for DH has requested to transfer the present
execution petition stating that the office of JD company is situated in
Jaipur, Rajasthan. It does not have any office/property within the
jurisdiction of this Court.
I have considered the submissions and gone through the
record. Since the office of JD company is situated within the local
limits of Court having jurisdiction of Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan and
does not have any office/property within the local limits of this Court,
therefore, certificate regarding non-satisfaction of decree be issued and
it be transferred to the Court of Ld. Principal District & Sessions
Judge, Jaipur, Rajasthan, for necessary orders.
File be consigned to Record Room after due compliance.
TC be given dasti to DH against acknowledgment.
