received back unserved.
Summons issued to Defendant No.2 at the RK Puram
received back served on him personally on 19.06.2025, however, not at
RK Puram but at NISD, Sector-10, Dwarka where the office is stated to
have shifted.

Summons issued to Defendant No.2 at both addresses
through speed post also received back unserved.
Plaintiff is directed to file an amended memo of parties and
time is sought to take appropriate steps.
