present eviction petition as the peaceful, physical and vacant
possession of the suit property i.e. a shop bearing no. 7, Ground
Floor of property bearing no. CB-385A (Khasra No.1068/2),
Ring Road, Naraina, New Delhi-110028 was handed over to him
through Bailiff. His original ID card is seen and returned and
copy of the same is taken on record.
In view of statement of DH, the present execution
petition is disposed off as satisfied.
File be consigned to Record Room after due
compliance.

An application alongwith duly supporting affidavit
has been filed by the DH for permission to break open the locks
of suit property. Heard. Perused.
At request, issue fresh warrants of possession with
respect to the suit property on filing of PF for the NDOH, with
direction to the Bailif to break open the locks, in case the
premises are found locked. PF be filed within three days.
Put up for appointment of Bailiff before Ld. ACJ on
02.07.2025 at 02:00 pm and for report before this court on
01.08.2025.
Copy of the order be sent to SHO concerned to
render requisite assistance to the Bailiff for execution of warrants
of possession.
