Mr. V Siddharth and Ms. Mahima Arora, Learned
Counsel for the Defendants No. 1 and 23.
Summons issued to the Defendants No. 1 to 4, 7 to 10,
12 to 17, 19 to 22, 24, 25, 27, 28, 30 to 32, 37, 38, 40, 42 received
back served in November, 2025.
As per affidavit of service dated 28.11.2025 by
Plaintiffs, Defendants No. 5, 6, 18, 23, 26, 29, 33, 34, 35, 36, 39 and
41 stand served by dasti summons/speed post/courier and Defendant
No. 26 stands served by e-mail.
Caretaker of Defendant No. 11 refused to receive the
summons through the Process Server on 20.11.2025 as also when the
Plaintiff visited the house and then also refused the registered parcel
sent to him. He is considered deemed served.
WSs of D-2, D-13 and D-14 are already on record.
Right of other Defendants to file WS stands closed
and their defence is struck off.
Learned Counsel for the Defendants No. 1 and 23 states
that the WS and reply to temporary injunction application shall be
filed within two weeks along with an appropriate application. Let an
advance copy be given.
