At this stage, Ld. counsel for the plaintiffs seeks to press the application of the plaintiffs u/O 39 Rule 1 & 2 CPC R/w section 151 CPC seeking ex-parte ad-interim injunction against the defendants. Ld. counsel for the plaintiffs submits that the last date for filing objections against the Proposed Action Plan regarding the conduct of elections of the Haryana State Ex-Services League, as contained in the circular dt. 24.04.2026 (at page 377 of the suit paperbook) is 07.07.2026, the grant of said injunction is crucial for preserving the rights and interests of the plaintiffs herein, in light of their wrongful termination by defendant no. 2. I have heard the submissions at length and have perused the court record. Although, Ld. counsel for the plaintiffs has vehemently argued that grant of ex-parte ad-interim injunction is crucial to preserve the rights of the plaintiffs herein, considering that the crux of the present suit pertains to the affairs relating to internal management of a voluntary -- 2 of 3 -- 3/3 association, this court does not deem it fit to grant the prayer sought in the present application without affording atleast one opportunity to the defendants no. 1 to 3 to appear and clarify their position qua the averments made in the suit. Accordingly, the present application shall be considered on the next date of hearing. Put up for consideration on above application / further proceedings on 13.08.2026.
