Ld. Proxy counsel for defendants no.1 to 3 seeks some time to
file WS. Let the WS be filed within 10 days from today with advance copy to
other party. If defendants 1 to 3 fail to file WS within 10 days from today, the
defence of defendants no.1 to 3 would be struck off.
Put up for completion of pleadings / framing of issues / further
proceedings on 18.11.2026.
At this stage, Sh. Sunil Sachdeva, Ld. Counsel for plaintiffs
appeared through VC and he is apprised about the court proceedings and the
order. It is stated by Ld. Counsel for plaintiff that he has not received the copy
of reply of application under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 CPC. Ld. Counsel
for defendants no.1 to 3 is directed to supply the copy of the same to Ld.
Counsel for plaintiff against proper acknowledgment.
