It is submitted by Ld. Counsel for plaintiff that the

Today, another affidavit in compliance of the
previous order has been filed on behalf of plaintiff to furnish the
address of plaintiff, which is similar to the address mentioned in
the address form.
Another application has been filed on behalf of
plaintiff under Order 39 Rules 1 & 2 CPC along with documents
and vakalatnama on 15.09.2025. Copy supplied.
Another application has also been filed on behalf of
plaintiff under Order 11 Rules 12 & 13 CPC along with
vakalatnama on 15.09.2025. Copy supplied.

Let the documents sought by the plaintiff be
produced/filed by the defendants by the next date of hearing.
If the defendants have any objection or for any other
reason, the documents sought on application under Order 11
Rules 12 and 13 CPC, could not be produced by the defendants,
the reasons shall be so stated by way of an affidavit.
Meanwhile, defendants shall also file reply to the
second application filed under Order 39 Rules 1 & 2 CPC.
Put up for arguments upon the interim injunction
application (s) on 12.12.2025.
Interim order (s) to continue till the next date of
hearing.
