Subject to the provisions of the DRC Act 1958, the
petitioner is directed to deposit the rent within 30 days of this order.
On filing of PF/RC(AD) and receipt of deposition of rent,
issue notice of the present petition to the respondent for 08.08.2025
Steps be taken within reasonable time. In case of non availability /
refusal / premises found locked, service of notice be effected through
affixation.
It shall be endorsed on the notice to be sent to the
respondent that he may file objection, if any, to the deposit of the rent
within 30 days of receipt of the notice.
