As per Ahlmad Report, an application u/o V rule 20 CPC
has been filed on behalf of the plaintiff.
Heard. Record perused.
For the reasons stated in the application and as defendants
have remained unserved despite multiple attempts through Nazarat
branch as well as through postal department, the application stands
allowed. Defendants be served by substituted mode of service i.e.
publication in newspaper ''Virat Vaibhav”.
Proof of publication along with affidavit verifying that the
aforesaid newspaper is in circulation at the mentioned address of the
defendant be filed on or before the next date of hearing.
On filing of PF and deposition of publication charges as
per rules, process be issued.
Dasti service is also permitted.
Accordingly, application stands disposed of.
