In case, the respondent refuses to accept the service or is not available at the address despite three mandatory visits, the process server shall affix the summons at a conspicuous place of the respondent and leave the copy of the petition and annexure as per procedure and will file his report along with affidavit of service. In charge, Nazarat Branch is directed to ensure that three mandatory visits are made by the Process Server in case respondent is not found at the address. Ahlmad is directed to annex all the documents and the petition with the process and also mention the total number of pages on the process. Copy of the order be annexed along with the process.
