Sh. N. P. Singh, Ld. Counsel for defendant.
Ld. Counsel for defendant has submitted that one Ms. Renu is
mentioned at serial no. 3 in the list of witnesses filed by plaintiff but her
evidence by way of Affidavit is not yet filed. He is requested that the same
be filed before beginning with cross examination of PW-1.
AR of the plaintiff submits that plaintiff does not wish to
examine Ms. Renu, witness at serial No. 3 in the list of witnesses.
Statement of AR of the plaintiff recorded separately in this regard.
In view of the statement of AR of the plaintiff, Ms. Renu,
witness at serial No. 3 in the list of witnesses is dropped.
PW-1 is partly cross examined and his further cross
examination is deferred for want of documents.
Re-list the matter for further cross examination of PW-1 and
also for cross examination of PW-2 on 23.07.2024.
