Defendant with Defendant.
Defendant has filed a WS and another application under
Order 9 Rule 7 CPC seeking setting aside of Order dated 13.11.2025 by
which the right of the Defendant to file WS was closed.
Reply, if any, be filed within four weeks from today, with
an advance copy to the other party/parties.
Plaintiff has separately filed evidence affidavit for ex-parte
PE.
It is stated by the parties that there is possibility of
settlement between them and request that matter may be referred in the
Mediation Centre, PHC, NDD.
At the joint request of parties, matter is referred to
Mediation Center, Patiala House Court.
Matter be listed before Mediation Centre, Patiala House
Court on 06.02.2026 at 03:00 PM.
Complainant/plaintiff is directed to supply copy of memo
of parties and prayer clause of the plaint/complaint to the Ahlmad during
the course of the day for sending the same to Mediation Center along
with mediation referral order.
List for verification of settlement/ further proceedings in
this Court on 07.03.2026.
