Accordingly, the defendant is directed to file the original WS in the court within a week from today alongwith e- filing no. and proof of filing of the same on 24.12.2024. Further, a fresh copy of the WS and documents, if any, be supplied to the plaintiff within a week from today. Let replication, if any, be filed by the plaintiff by the NDOH, with advance copy to the other side.
