The present matter is an application for issuance of
succession certificate in terms of judgment dated 20.02.2026 with
respect to deceased Smt. Chandra Wati.
Perusal of judgment shows that no imposition of
condition of the surety was made.
Further, as per reader report, the court fees is correct and
the same has been verified.
Indemnity bond has already been furnished by the
applicant/petitioner in the sum of Rs. 2,02,48,692.40/-.
Accordingly, indemnity bond stands accepted.
Succession certificate be issued to applicant in terms of
judgment dated 20.02.2026.
With the aforesaid directions, application stands disposed
of.
