Report received on behalf of SDM concerned stating that
the deceased Kripal Singh is survived by daughter Avinash Kaur
(respondent no. 5); Grand son Prabhnoor Singh Chahal (respondent no.
6); son Parvinder Singh (respondent no.4) and daughter in law
Paramjeet Kaur (petitioner).
Same be taken on record.
Further report filed with respect to respondent no. 3/TATA
Elxsi Limited stating that the deceased Kripal Singh had 200 shares of
the said company and the current value of the said shares is Rs.
8,24,730/-.
With respect to respondent no. 2, AR submits that the
report would be filed within 7 days against advance copy.
Respondent no. 5 and 6 have joined through VC and
counsel for petitioner has identified the respondent no. 5 and 6.
Respondent no. 5 and 6 state that they have no
objection if the succession certificate is granted in favour of the
petitioner.
Hence, Respondent no .5 and Respondent no. 6 stand
discharged.
Respondent no. 4 also submits that he has no objection
if succession certificate is granted in favour of petitioner.
