On the basis of pleadings and on the basis of documents annexed
with the pleadings, following issues are framed:-
Issue no. 1- Whether the plaintiff is entitled to decree of recovery of
money in the sum of Rs. 2,48,434/- against the defendant? OPP.
Issue no. 2- Whether the plaintiff is entitled for recovery of pendente
lite an future interest from the defendant, if so, at what interest? OPP
Issue no. 3- Whether this Court does not have the territorial jurisdiction
to try and decide the present suit? OPD.
Issue no. 4- Whether the suit is barred by limitation? OPD
Relief.
Both the parties are directed to file their list of witnesses within 15 days
from today with its advance copy to the opposite parties.
Put up on 18.09.2024 for PE.
The advance copy of the affidavits for evidence of plaintiff witnesses
be supplied to the opposite side atleast seven days prior to the next date of
hearing.
