Heard. Perused.
I have considered the submissions and gone through
the record. Since the JD is residing within the local limits of
Court having jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan and he does not
have any property within the local limits of this Court, therefore,
certificate regarding non-satisfaction of decree be issued and it be
transferred to the Court of Ld. District & Sessions Judge, Jaipur,
Rajasthan, Delhi. Application stands disposed off accordingly.
File be consigned to Record Room after due
compliance.
TC be given dasti to DH/his counsel against
acknowledgment.
