Report is received from UPSC / Employer of JD,
alongwith order dtd. 29.07.2025, as per which the salary of the
JD has been attached to the extent of Rs.8,400/- to be deducted
each month till the satisfaction of the decretal amount i.e.
Rs.3,33,000/-.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for DH states that in a
connected case u/s. 138 NI Act, JD herein / accused therein has
paid Rs.50,000/- to the DH herein / complainant therein and so,
now, the amount to be recovered is only Rs.2,83,000/-.
DH has provided his account details i.e. A/c
No.20072310497, IFSC Code : MAHB0001160 in Bank of
Maharashtra, UPSC Branch, New Delhi and it is requested that
the remittance be made directly in the bank account of the DH.
Issue notice to UPSC to depute a responsible officer
to appear in Court and to pass an amended order taking note of
the above and to place a copy of the order before this Court. Let a
copy of this order be sent with the notice.
