Present: Mr. Gaurav Kajla, Learned Counsel for the DH.
Ms. Aparna Srivastava, Under Secretary, Admin-II,
UPSC (9711807405).
Two cheques bearing nos. 524667 dated 06.10.2025 and
524631 dated 04.09.2025 for Rs.8,400/- each have been received from
UPSC in favour of the DH. Same be released to the DH against
acknowledgment.
Order dated 23.09.2025 bearing no.B14014/01/2020-
Admn.II of UPSC has been placed on record, as per which, it is stated
that the further amount till the satisfaction of the decree shall be
remitted directly into the account of the DH.
The amount of the above two cheques be deducted
accordingly.
UPSC is directed to remit the amount directly into the
account of the DH every month till realisation of the decretal amount
as per its own order given to this Court today, after adjusting the
amount of the two cheques mentioned above.
In case of non-compliance by the UPSC, the DH shall be
at liberty to get this execution petition revived.
The execution petition is disposed of in above terms.
File be consigned to Record Room after due
compliance, as per rules.
