APP for the State. Sh. B.K. Tomar, Ld. LAC for accused. Accused Arman and Baseer produced from JC. Arguments on the point of charge heard. On the basis of material available on record, prima facie case for the offence punishable under section 309(4)/3(5)/112(2)/317(2) BNS is made out against the accused Arman. Further, prima facie case for the offence punishable under section 309(4)/3(5) BNS is made out against the accused Baseer. Accordingly, separate charges for the aforesaid offences are framed against accused Arman and Baseer and are explained to them in vernacular/ simple language. Both the accused pleaded not guilty and claimed trial.
