Son of the complainant in person.
Accused in person.
Chargsheet perused.
On the basis of the chargesheet, e-FIR, seizure memo, interrogation
report and other appended documents, I take cognizance of the offences
mentioned in the chargesheet.
There is prima facie case to summon the accused in the present case.
Accused is present in court and has been supplied with copy of the
charesheet.
At this stage, Son of the complainant submits that the complainant
wishes to compound the present matter with the accused and he does not intend to
prosecute the present complaint any further.
Statement of Son of the complainant to this effect has been recorded
separately.
The offences punishable u/S. 303(2)/317(2) BNS being
compoundable, in view of the statement of Son of the complainant matter is
referred to upcoming National Lok Adalat on 10.01.2026 for final disposal. Case
property, if any be released to the rightful owner as per rules, without
requirement of indemnity bond.
Copy of this order be given dasti as prayed for.
