Present: Sh. Dalip Anand, Ld. Counsel for complainant.
Heard on the application u/s. 175(3) BNSS.
I have perused the file.
SHO PS Connaught Place is directed to file an action taken report stating
the following:-
1). Whether any complaint has been made/received by the complainant in the
police station.
2). If yes, whether any action has been taken on the complaint.
3). Whether as a result of investigation/enquiry, any cognizable offence has
been made out against the accused person and whether any action has been taken by
the police.
4). If yes, whether any FIR has been registered and status of investigation.
5). If no cognizable offence has been made out, whether the complainant has
been informed accordingly.
Further, DCP New Delhi District is also directed to file an ATR as to
whether any complaint to him has been made by the complainant and what action was
taken thereupon.
Copy of the complaint along with the annexures be supplied to the Naib
Court, PS Connaught Place today itself.
Put up for filing of report on 05.02.2026.
Copy of today’s order be sent to SHO PS Connaught Place and DCP New
Delhi District for necessary information and compliance.
