Present: Ms. Pratibha Bhadoria, Proxy Counsel for complainant along with AR.
I have perused the complaint along with other supporting documents and
it appears that prima facie the complaint is time barred.
Ld. Counsel for complainant seeks opportunity to file application for
condonation of delay if any along with e-filing history of the filing of the complaint
showing the relevant date of e-filing of complaint well within limitation period.
Heard. Opportunity granted.
Ld. Counsel for complainant has filed an application for condonation of
delay.

Let court notice be issued to the proposed accused for argumens on
application for condonation of delay on filing of PF by the complainant for the
NDOH.
The court notice must be acompanied with the copy of application and
must clearly specify that if the accused fails to appear on the NDOH for arguments on
the above said application, the application will be decided on merits.
